Headshot Apps has created this privacy statement to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices.

1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
The Sled Rider app does not collect any personal data from its users to be used or stored by Headshot Apps. The app uses Google Play Game Services (GPGS) to acquire, engage, and retain players with premium features like automatic sign-in, leaderboards, achievements, and friends. Please review the privacy policy of GPGS for information on the types of data and its use collected by GPGS.
2. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Google Play Games Services makes certain user data available to the app solely to provide and improve the game. Headshot Apps does not use data from Google Play Games Services for advertising purposes or to access an end user’s friend data other than for the purpose of displaying a friends list to the end user within the game or enabling related friends functionality visible to the end user and not for any other purpose. Additionally, Headshot Apps does not sell, license, share, or otherwise make available to third parties friend’s data that it receives except as necessary to comply with applicable law.
3. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
Headshot Apps’ Sled Rider app does not share personal data.
4. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
We process Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, as described above. Our legal basis to process personal data includes processing that is necessary to identify and authenticate you so you may use the app and/or is necessary to comply with legal requirements.

Headshot Apps does not transfer your personal data internationally.
